The Mini-X (-99 ) is the little 1:17 scale sister of the 1:10 scale one-meter X-99 3D sailboat which is also available for 3D printing. The boat is derived from the real X-99 sailing yacht by the famous Danish Yard X-Yachts. The original is an active racing class in Europe with >600 units built.

You can either build the model boat for display or for functional RC sailing. The Mini-X is suitable as first printable sailboat. For functional sailing you can use the keel/bulb, rudder and complete rig of the commercial sailboat "Micro Magic" (formerly from Graupner, now from Hacker-Model).
